A deposit is required to schedule an appointment and will be applied to your balance after your final session. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Your deposit will not be refunded, applied to a different service, or transferred to another client for any reason. If you do not reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance or you do not show up at all, your deposit will be forfeited. Another appointment can be made but a new deposit will be required. Being more than 15 minutes late can result in your appointment being rescheduled for a later date and time and, in most cases, a new deposit will be required.
