We also offer both male and female genital piercings for qualified adult clients.
Age and Identification Requirements
In accordance with North Carolina law, clients must be at least 18 years of age to consent to a piercing service. A valid state-issued or federal photo ID is required.
Minors may be pierced only with the consent and physical presence of a custodial parent or legal guardian. For minors, we require:
- The minor’s birth certificate
- A valid photo ID for the custodial parent or legal guardian
- The parent or guardian to be present and sign consent at the time of piercing
For safety and legal reasons, we do not perform genital or other intimate area piercings on minors, regardless of parental consent.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to tattoo the arm, limb, or any part of the body of any other person under 18 years of age. Anyone violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to pierce any part of the body other than ears of another person under the age of 18 for the purpose of allowing the insertion of earrings, jewelry, or similar objects into the body, unless the prior consent of a custodial parent or guardian is obtained. Anyone violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
