This Gift Card Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, use, and redemption of Forbidden Tattoo and Piercing gift cards. By purchasing or using a gift card, the holder agrees to these terms.

Issuance & Value

  • Gift Card Terms — Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination between $25 and $500.
  • Activation — Cards are activated at the time of purchase and may be used immediately.
  • Reloadable Cards — Gift cards can be reloaded with additional funds at any time by visiting the studio.

Redemption

  • Eligible Purchases — Gift cards may be redeemed for tattoos, piercings, jewelry, aftercare products, and other services or merchandise offered by Forbidden Tattoo and Piercing.
  • Ineligible Purchases — Gift cards cannot be used for deposits, gratuities, third‑party items, or promotional bundles unless explicitly stated.
  • Partial Payments — If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Expiration & Fees

  • Expiration Rules — Forbidden Tattoo and Piercing gift cards do not expire.
  • Fees — No activation, service, or inactivity fees apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Replacement Policy — Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase and remaining balance can be verified.
  • Non‑Refundable — Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Restrictions

  • Resale Restrictions — Unauthorized resale or transfer of gift cards is prohibited.
  • Fraud Prevention — Forbidden Tattoo and Piercing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of this policy.

Promotional Gift Cards (Special Rules)

  • Identification — Promotional gift cards are marked with a hole punch to distinguish them from standard gift cards.
  • Non‑Combinable — Promotional gift cards cannot be combined with any other gift card, discount, coupon, or promotion. Only one promotional card may be used per visit.
  • No Cash Value — Promotional gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward deposits.
  • Limited Use — Promotional gift cards may be subject to additional restrictions, including service‑specific limitations or blackout dates, as stated at the time of issuance.
  • Non‑Transferable — Promotional gift cards may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.

Balance Inquiry

  • Checking Balance — Customers may check their gift card balance by visiting the studio or calling 910‑455‑2158.
